We’re now looking for a proactive and experienced Talent and Recruitment Lead.
Purpose of Role
The Talent and Recruitment Lead will act as a senior team member, driving local attraction and engagement initiatives whilst providing effective leadership, motivation and guidance to the team.
Talent and Recruitment Lead will be expected to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process end-to-end with the utmost care and support. You will utilise a wide selection of recruitment channels to attract and engage with prospective applicants, yet new and innovative methods of recruitment will need to be explored within this role.

Salary: Circa £30,000 + Commission + comprehensive benefits package + 24 days holiday + 2 charity days + pension + healthcare
